プライバシーポリシー

株式会社アヴェニール（以下、「当社」といいます。）は、当社が提供するメッセージングプラットフォーム「MY POST」（以下、「本サービス」といいます。）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

【基本理念：ゼロトラスト・アーキテクチャ】 本サービスは、ユーザーのプライバシー保護を最優先事項として設計されています。
ユーザー間のメッセージ内容、送受信されたファイル、および個人の連絡先リストは、ユーザー自身のデバイスおよびGoogleドライブ内にのみ暗号化されて保存され、当社のサーバーには永続的に保存されません。

第1条（個人情報の定義）

「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法にいう「個人情報」を指すものとし、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、連絡先その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できる情報、および容貌、指紋、声紋にかかるデータ、および健康保険証の保険者番号などの当該情報単体から特定の個人を識別できる情報（個人識別符号）を指します。

第2条（収集する情報および利用目的）

本サービスは、サービスの提供およびセキュリティ維持のために、以下の情報を最小限の範囲で取得・利用します。

1. アカウント情報

  • 取得項目： ニックネーム（表示名）、認証用トークン、デバイス識別子。
  • 利用目的： ユーザーの本人確認、認証、およびメッセージの正確なルーティング（配送）のため。

2. 通信ログ・アクセスログ

  • 取得項目： IPアドレス、アクセス日時、User-Agent（ブラウザ情報）。
  • 利用目的： 不正アクセスの検知、スパム行為の防止、およびサーバーの負荷管理のため。なお、メッセージの本文はログに含まれません。

3. Cookieおよびローカルストレージ

  • 利用目的： ログイン状態の維持、PWA（アプリ）としての動作設定の保存、およびトラフィック分析のため。
  • 外部送信規律に関する表示： 当社は、サービスの利用状況を把握するためにGoogle Analytics等の第三者ツールを利用する場合があります。

第3条（Googleユーザーデータの取扱い）

本サービスは、データのバックアップおよび同期のためにGoogle APIを利用します。Google社が定める「Google API Services User Data Policy」に準拠し、以下の通り厳格に管理します。

利用する権限（Scope） https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
（本アプリが作成・管理するファイルのみへのアクセス権）
利用目的 メッセージ履歴および添付ファイルの暗号化バックアップ、デバイス間の同期、データの復元。
データの保護 Googleドライブに保存されるデータは、ユーザーの端末内でAES-256方式により暗号化されてからアップロードされます。当社が復号鍵を保持することはありません。
Limited Use の遵守 Google APIから取得した情報の使用および他のアプリへの転送は、Google API Services User Data Policy（Limited Use要件を含む）を遵守します。当社がこのデータを広告目的で使用したり、第三者に販売・提供したりすることは一切ありません。

第4条（個人情報の安全管理）

当社は、取り扱う個人情報の漏洩、滅失またはき損の防止その他の個人情報の安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。

  • 通信の暗号化： すべての通信はSSL/TLSにより保護されます。
  • 保存の制限： サーバー上の一時的なキャッシュデータ（未読メッセージ等）は、一定期間経過後またはローテーションにより自動的かつ完全に消去されます。
  • 従業員の監督： 個人情報を取り扱う従業者に対し、当該個人情報の安全管理が図られるよう、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

第5条（第三者への提供）

当社は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく第三者に個人情報を提供しません。

  1. 法令に基づく場合。
  2. 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき。
  3. 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき。
  4. 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき。
【捜査機関への開示に関する特記事項】
裁判所や警察等の公的機関から法令に基づく照会があった場合でも、当社のサーバーには「暗号化された一時データ」または「空のデータ」しか存在しません。本サービスの構造上、メッセージ内容の開示は当社にとって物理的に不可能です。

第6条（個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止等）

ユーザーは、当社が保有する自己の個人情報について、個人情報保護法に基づく開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、消去、第三者提供の停止を請求することができます。

請求があった場合、当社は本人確認を行った上で、法令に従い遅滞なく対応します。ただし、本サービスの特性上、暗号化されユーザーのみが復号鍵を持つデータについては、当社側での開示・復元が技術的に不可能な場合があります。

第7条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）

本ポリシーの内容は、法令改正やサービスの仕様変更に伴い、ユーザーに通知することなく変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ウェブサイトに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。

Privacy Policy

Avenir Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the communication service "MY POST" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.

【Basic Philosophy: Zero Trust Architecture】 This Service is designed with the protection of user privacy as the highest priority.
Message contents between users, sent/received files, and personal contact lists are encrypted and stored ONLY on the user's own device and Google Drive. They are NOT permanently stored on our servers.

Article 1 (Definition of Personal Information)

"Personal Information" refers to "Personal Information" as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), and means information about a living individual which can identify the specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, or other description contained in such information.

Article 2 (Information Collected and Purpose of Use)

The Service handles the following information within the minimum necessary scope for providing the service and maintaining security.

1. Account Information

  • Items Collected: Nickname (Display Name), Authentication Token, Device Identifier.
  • Purpose of Use: For user identity verification, authentication, and accurate message routing (delivery).

2. Communication Logs / Access Logs

  • Items Collected: IP Address, Access Date/Time, User-Agent (Browser Information).
  • Purpose of Use: For detecting unauthorized access, preventing spam, and managing server load. Note that message content is NOT included in logs.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

  • Purpose of Use: To maintain login status, save PWA (app) operation settings, and analyze traffic.

Article 3 (Handling of Google User Data)

The Service uses Google APIs for data backup and synchronization. We strictly manage data in compliance with Google's "Google API Services User Data Policy" as follows:

Purpose of Use Encrypted backup of message history and attachments, synchronization between devices, and data restoration.
Data Protection Data stored in Google Drive is uploaded only after being encrypted using AES-256 on the user's device. The Company does not hold the decryption key.
Limited Use Compliance The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We will never use this data for advertising purposes or sell/provide it to third parties such as data brokers.

Article 4 (Security Management of Personal Information)

The Company takes necessary and appropriate measures for the security management of personal information, including the prevention of leakage, loss, or damage.

  • Encryption of Communication: All communications are protected by SSL/TLS.
  • Limitation of Storage: Temporary cache data on the server (such as unread messages) is automatically and completely deleted after a certain period or by rotation.
  • Supervision of Employees: We provide necessary and appropriate supervision to employees who handle personal information to ensure the security management of such personal information.

Article 5 (Provision to Third Parties)

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except in the following cases:

  1. When required by law.
  2. When it is necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned.
  3. When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned.
  4. When it is necessary to cooperate with a state organ or a local government or an individual or entity entrusted by one in executing the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations.
【Special Note Regarding Disclosure to Investigative Authorities】
Even if there is a legal inquiry from public institutions such as courts or police, only "encrypted temporary data" or "empty data" exists on our servers. Due to the structure of the Service, it is physically impossible for the Company to disclose message contents.

Article 6 (Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.)

Users may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, elimination, or suspension of provision to third parties of their personal information held by the Company in accordance with the APPI.

Upon receiving such a request, the Company will confirm the identity of the requester and respond without delay in accordance with laws and regulations. However, due to the characteristics of the Service, it may be technically impossible for the Company to disclose or restore data that is encrypted and for which only the User holds the decryption key.

Article 7 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to the user due to amendments to laws or changes in service specifications. The modified Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
